When you send a booking request we collect your name, phone number, email address, stay dates, room type, number of guests and any message you write. Our server also records technical data such as your IP address for security.

We use your data only to answer and manage your booking, contact you about your stay, process payments and protect the website against abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.
Online payments
Online payments are processed securely by Paymob. Your card details are entered on Paymob’s secure page and are never stored on our website or servers.
Cookies and local storage
The website stores small preferences in your browser — your chosen language and currency — and our hosting provider uses a security cookie to block automated traffic. We do not use advertising cookies.
Sharing
Your data is shared only with service providers needed to run our services (such as our hosting and payment providers) or when required by Egyptian law.
Retention
Booking data is kept for as long as needed to manage your stay and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.
