About these terms
These terms apply to the website g-remal.com and to booking requests made through it for G-Remal Hotel, El-Zahraa Street, Valore Maamoura Compound, El Maamoura, Alexandria, Egypt. By using the website or sending a booking request you accept these terms.
Booking requests and confirmation
A request sent through our website is not a confirmed reservation until our reservations team confirms it by email or phone. Availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown per room per night in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate and for information only; payments are charged in EGP. You may pay online by card or mobile wallet through our secure payment partner Paymob, or pay at the hotel, depending on the option you choose.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation conditions, including any deposit, are communicated with your booking confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your stay. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Check-in and identification
A valid national ID or passport is required for every guest at check-in, in line with Egyptian regulations. Check-in and check-out times are confirmed with your reservation.
Hotel rules
Guests are asked to respect other guests, hotel staff and property. The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the room or hotel facilities during the stay. The hotel may refuse or end a stay in case of serious misconduct.
Liability
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but photos and descriptions are for illustration and may vary slightly. The hotel is not responsible for valuables that are not kept in the in-room safe or deposited with reception.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies.
